The China Medicine story began in 2000, where the founder, Mr. Senshan Yang founded Guangzhou Konzern Medicine., Ltd. (Konzern), a wholly owned subsidiary of China Medicine Corporation (CMC). Konzern used to be a state-owned medicine distribution company located in the City of Guangzhou, China. On July 25, 2000, Konzern was privatized through a sale of all its capital stock by a PRC government-owned holding company, Huadu Pharmaceutical Holding Company (Guangdong), Ltd. Mr. Yang has been successful in building its legacy business in pharmaceutical distribution and has developed the company into a leading U.S listed pharmaceutical distribution company. In addition, Mr. Yang had the vision to also focus on pharmaceutical research and development, and thus jointly established a research and development company with Nanhua University in Hengyang City, Hunan. China Medicine also formed a joint-venture with Guangzhou JiˇŻnan Science and Technology Group (ˇ°JSIGˇ±) and Mr.Dongsheng Yao, to develop proprietary applications for aflatoxin-detoxifizyme, or ADTZ.
