Bumetanide
injection |
|
|
Bumetanide
is a diuretic that mainly inhibits sodium
transport in the thick ascending limb
of the loop of Henle. And it also suppresses
the sodium reabsorption of proximal
tubule. Bumetanide has a weak effect
in suppressing carbonic anhydrase (CAH),
thus patients lose less potassium than
applying Etacrynic Acid and Furosemide.
Bumetanide has demonstrated efficacy
in dilating renal vessels, and increasing
glomerular filtration rates and renal
blood flow. It does not stimulate the
angiotensin Ⅱrelease as Furosemide does
and has a better effect on patients
who have epidemic hemorrhagic fever
and are oliguric |
