China Medicine Corporation (CMC) is a Delaware registered corporation, established in 2005. On February 8, 2006, the company acquired Guangzhou Konzern Medicine Co., Ltd. as its wholly owned subsidiary. The company's name was changed from Lounsberry Holdings III, Inc. to China Medicine Corporation on May 10, 2006.
We are a distributor of pharmaceutical and medical products in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), including prescription and over-the-counter drugs, Chinese herbs, traditional Chinese medicines made from Chinese herbs, nutritional supplements, dietary supplements, and medical instruments. We are also engaged in proprietary research and development with the aim of creating new pharmaceutical products and intellectual property that we may sell in the future.
As developer of innovative pharmaceutical products, we currently have four patents registered with the State Food and Drug Administration of PRC (“SFDA”), and seven others pending approval.
CMC distributes approximately 2,300 pharmaceutical and medical products, including prescription and over the counter medicines, traditional Chinese medicines, as well as herbs and nutritional supplements. We have an extensive sales network and have expanded into rural areas of Guangdong province. Currently, we sell our products to 28 provinces, including over 300 hospitals, 500 medicine companies and 1800 drug stores throughout China.
